About Me


I started my journey with no clue how to train, now have the opportunity to compete at the national level in powerlifting.I began consistently training during my senior year of high school in April 2021.My only goal was to bench press 225lbs (two 45s on each side).I met that goal in December 2021.I decided that I was going to continue to stay consistent and set more ambitious goals.You are capable of much more than you know.I would not have made it this far without the amazing friendships that the gym and powerlifting has provided.
